Every programme we design comes with an offer most consultancies quietly avoid: we teach your own facilitators to deliver it themselves. On Microsoft’s Manager Reboot, we went further and built a cadre of internal Change Agents, identified and developed to carry the change forward at a scale and pace we could never have delivered alone from the outside.
We believe capability should stay inside the organisation, not become a permanent dependency on us. A facilitator we have trained properly can adapt a programme as your context changes, long after our own involvement has ended.
