Most team workshops produce a good day and nothing else. Ours are built to produce a different Monday.
We design workshops around the tension a team actually has, not a generic team-building brief. Matalan asked us to build psychological safety so high-performing teams could be honest with each other. HSBC asked us to turn selling into something leaders could rehearse, not just discuss. In both cases the room did the work, not the slides.
We reach for games and simulations before lectures, because people remember what they build and argue over for far longer than what they are told. A Lego build that maps a hidden system, a digital escape room under time pressure, an honest round of loves, fears and hopes: these surface the pattern a team is actually working with, and give it a shared language to talk about afterwards.
Who this is for
- Teams who talk past each other in the room and revert to old habits the moment it ends
- Leaders who want their people to practise a behaviour, not just hear about it
- Organisations building psychological safety, collaboration, or a new way of selling into how a team actually works
How it works
- Diagnose. We find the pattern the team is actually stuck in, not the one the brief assumes.
- Design. We choose the method that fits: a game, a simulation, a facilitated dialogue, or a mix of the three.
- Deliver. We run the room live, in person, virtually or hybrid, and hold what comes up.
- Embed. We build in the practice and reflection that carries the shift back into normal work.
What is included
- A tailored mix of facilitated dialogue, games and simulations, chosen for your context rather than taken off a shelf
- Tools including the Builders Game, the Digital Escape Room, Loves Fears and Hopes, Lego system mapping and the Organisational Simulation
- Psychological safety and trust-building sessions for teams under real pressure
- Real-world scenario and role-play work for teams who need to practise a skill, not just discuss it
- Delivery in person, online or hybrid
For Matalan's Psychological Safety sessions, we fostered trust and openness for high-performing teams, delivered across populations at scale.
For HSBC, we created "Sales and Selling Leaders" workshops combining role-play, real-world scenarios and actionable technique to build confidence and drive results.
For Shell, guided by a Learner Mindset, we co-designed and facilitated programmes for Managers and Senior Leaders to address the energy transition and navigate ethical dilemmas, using real-life scenarios and Missions to embed lasting skills over three to eighteen months.
A workshop can be a good day out, or it can be the day a team stops talking around the problem and starts practising the fix. The difference is in the design.
