Purposeful Change — Results with Soul
Virtual & Digital

A screen does not have to mean a smaller experience.

During the pandemic, Ford asked us to deliver their China induction programme with no room, no stage and no handshake. We rebuilt it as an immersive virtual experience: storytelling, collaborative challenges and live networking activities that let new joiners explore Ford’s vision and values in genuinely engaging ways, and build a real network of colleagues, despite never meeting in person. It taught us that virtual delivery is not a compromised version of the real thing. Done properly, it is its own craft.

We are also content curators in our own right. Beyond live delivery, we develop video, podcasts and digital content for clients directly, drawing on our own network and on what is working across TikTok, TED Talks, LinkedIn and podcast platforms, and we help clients tell their own stories using what we learn from the work we do with them.

Who this is for

  • Organisations with people spread across geographies who need one experience, not twenty local versions
  • Teams who assumed virtual delivery would mean less impact and want to be proven wrong
  • Clients who want ongoing video, podcast or digital content, not just a one-off event

How it works

  • We design for the medium, not just port a room-based session onto a screen.
  • We build in genuine interaction: collaborative challenges, live networking, storytelling, not passive watching.
  • We handle production end to end, or embed alongside your own content team.

What is included

  • Pre-recorded and live video, podcasts and interactive webinars
  • Virtual and hybrid event delivery from small teams to audiences of thousands
  • Digital content curation and creation, drawing on our own faculty and network
  • Support telling your own organisation's story through video and digital formats

During the pandemic, we successfully adapted our approach to deliver the Ford China Induction Programme virtually, creating a deep connection to Ford’s purpose while building a strong network of colleagues across the organisation, entirely through immersive storytelling, collaborative challenges and virtual networking activities.

The lights and the stage were never the point. The connection was. We can build that on a screen just as well as in a room.
